Fullsan Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate is a quaternary ammonium chloride based disinfectant, and contains NO smelly bleach or phenols. [Phenols are toxic to humans and other animals, especially cats, and are responsible for an unmistakable “disinfectant odor”.
